Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the order has been processed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Flexaury is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@flexaury.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@flexaury.com and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
