Does EmberFlow™ eliminate all smoke or odor?
No product can remove 100% of smoke or odor. EmberFlow™ is designed to help reduce lingering smoke and keep your setup cleaner, but results may vary depending on room size, airflow, and how close it is placed to the smoke source.
Is EmberFlow™ loud while running?
EmberFlow™ may make a light fan sound while running, similar to a small desktop fan. It is not completely silent, but the airflow is what helps pull smoke downward while in use.

Does AuraMist™ include fragrance refills?
AuraMist™ diffuser kits include the diffuser and one fragrance bottle. Refill bottles are also available so you can keep your favorite scent going longer.
