BrushFlow™
What is BrushFlow™?
BrushFlow™ is an automatic makeup brush cleaning system designed to make regular brush care easier. Its multi-brush holder allows several compatible brushes to be cleaned together while the rotating wash action helps loosen built-up makeup, oils, and residue.
How do I use BrushFlow™?
Add water and a small amount of brush-safe cleanser to the chamber, place compatible brushes securely into the top holder with the bristles facing downward, and turn the unit on. After cleaning, brushes can be repositioned in the holder for organized drying and storage.
Can BrushFlow™ clean multiple brushes at once?
Yes. BrushFlow™ is designed with multiple holder openings so several compatible makeup brushes can be cleaned during the same session.
Does BrushFlow™ work with every makeup brush?
BrushFlow™ works with many common makeup brush sizes, but compatibility may vary depending on the thickness and shape of the brush handle.
How is BrushFlow™ powered?
BrushFlow™ is USB-powered, making it easy to use on a vanity, bathroom counter, desk, or other convenient setup near a compatible power source.
Can I leave my brushes in BrushFlow™ after cleaning?
Yes. The top holder can also help keep freshly cleaned brushes organized while they air-dry. BrushFlow™ does not mechanically dry them.
EmberFlow™
What is EmberFlow™?
EmberFlow™ is a compact smoke-control ashtray designed to help pull smoke downward at the source while keeping ash contained in one place. It is made for rooms, desks, cars, and small smoking setups.
How does EmberFlow™ help with smoke?
EmberFlow™ uses built-in airflow to help pull smoke downward toward the unit before it spreads throughout your space, while the ashtray helps keep ash contained.
Does EmberFlow™ eliminate all smoke or odor?
No. EmberFlow™ is designed to help reduce lingering smoke and create a cleaner smoking setup, but it cannot eliminate 100% of smoke or odor. Results can vary based on room size, airflow, placement, and use.
Is EmberFlow™ loud while running?
EmberFlow™ produces a light fan sound while operating, similar to a small desktop fan.
How is EmberFlow™ powered?
EmberFlow™ is battery-powered, making it easy to move between rooms, desks, cars, and other small spaces.
How do I clean EmberFlow™?
Empty the ashtray regularly and wipe the removable surfaces as needed. Avoid allowing water to enter the fan or electronic components.
AuraMist™
What is AuraMist™?
AuraMist™ is a compact automatic diffuser designed for bedrooms, bathrooms, desks, vanities, nightstands, and other small spaces. It releases fragrance mist on a timed cycle and includes a soft ambient light.
How do I use AuraMist™?
Install the compatible fragrance bottle, turn on the diffuser, select your preferred operating setting, and place AuraMist™ in the space you want to freshen.
Does AuraMist™ include fragrance?
AuraMist™ Diffuser Kit variants include the diffuser and one 50ml fragrance oil bottle in the selected scent.
Where can I use AuraMist™?
AuraMist™ works well in bedrooms, bathrooms, vanities, desks, nightstands, shelves, and other small indoor spaces.
Shipping & Returns
How long does delivery take?
Estimated total delivery is 7–15 business days, including processing, for all products. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier.
Is shipping free, and how do I track my order?
We offer free tracked shipping. Once your order ships and tracking is available, we’ll email your tracking details. Carrier updates may take a short time to appear. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I request a return?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Email support@flexaury.com with your order number and reason. Standard returns must generally be unused, in their original condition and original packaging where applicable, with proof of purchase. Approval and exclusions apply; see our Refund Policy before sending anything back.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
